Garage sales a pain

Garage sales are becoming a nuisance. People who patronize yard sales park illegally on both sides of the street.
Some people even stop in the middle of the street, get out of their cars and run over to see what’s for sale.
 People have no common sense and they are going to spoil it for everyone.
Neighbourhood signs are attached to city light poles and not removed only to blow away and create litter.
Traffic is clogging residential neighborhoods. It seems there is only one set of junk for garage sales and it is passed on from one family to a different family every Saturday.
Yard sales are fascinating, people spend $20 on gas driving in air-conditioned vehicles only to stand around in the sun arguing about buying a $4 lamp for $2.
Garage sales may be a nuisance to some people and many cities are considering regulating them.
