Brampton – Investigators from the Peel Regional Police 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s help finding a 16 year old Brampton female, after she went missing from the family home earlier today.

 

Jesica Ann-Marie PHILLIPS was last seen at approximately 12:00 pm by family members. She has yet to return home and investigators have become concerned as Phillips is developmentally challenged.  It’s also believed that Phillips is not properly dressed for the weather.

 

Phillips can be described as female black, with a lighter complexion, brown eyes, 5’4”, 120 lbs.  She has shoulder length wavy black hair, possibly worn in a ponytail.

 

She was lat seen wearing dark jeans, a long red sweater with white and black on the sleeves, a purple undershirt with blue Timberland boots.
