Mississauga – The Peel Regional Police Homicide Bureau is appealing for witnesses in Peel Region’s fourteenth murder of 2008.

 

At approximately 11:50 pm, on Monday, June 30th, 2008, officers responded to a report of a shooting in an apartment on Darcel Avenue in the Malton area of Mississauga. The 28 year old male victim, Orrin Marlon EARLE [photo ] of Mississauga, had suffered a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

A post mortem was conducted on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008, which determined the cause of death as a gunshot to the face. 

 

Police have no suspect information at this time.
